INFORMATION:

This 40' Despatch Stock Car is painted brown with white lettering.  This car was built in February 1941 by American Car & Foundry and comes equipped with Bettendorf trucks.  Established in 1869, the ACL was one of the most predominate railroads in the South.  With trains like the Champion and the Florida Special, which connected with the large Pennsylvania RR at Richmond.  Atlantic Coast Line operated a large portion of the continuous New York to Florida passenger traffic.
