This 40' Standard Box Car with (WR) Door is painted blue with black door and white lettering.  It sports a large "BM" on the right side of the car in white and black paint.  Boston & Maine Railroad is located in the Iron Horse Park, in North Billerica, MA. and runs from Portland, Maine, south to Boston, west to Saratoga and north to Vermont.  Built in June of 1956, this car lists no service data as most cars of this era did. B&M grew by acquisiton of various railroads from 1935 through to the late 1960's.
