This 50' Steel Side 14 Panel Fixed End Gondola with a large telephone pole load is painted white with red "SOO LINE" road name and black lettering.  It was built by Thrall Car Manufacturing in December of 1976.  This gondola was often seen hauling its freight with the distinctive white and red scheme that became a familiar sight system wide.  The SOO LINE continued to increase their gondola fleet and they were seen on the rails for many years.
