The Bay Line Railroad is one of several short line railroad companies owned by the Genesse & Wyoming Inc. Beginning in 1906 as the Atlantic & St. Andrews Bay Line, the railroad finally completed its mainline between Dothan, Alabama and the Panama City Connection in Florida in 1908 for a distance of approximately 82 miles.
