INFORMATION:

This 50' Steel Sided Gondola is painted box car red with white logo and lettering.  One of 50 units of PS -5's built by Pullman-Standard for the Rock Island Railway.  This gondola was repainted at the Despatch Shops in East Rochester, NY in march of 1967.  This particular car is constructed with a wood floor, indicated on the car side with a circle -W symbol.
