This 40' Standard Box Car with Double Doors is painted brown with white circular "Atlantic Coast Line" herald and lettering in white.  This car was built by Pullman-Standard and serviced in July 1955.  ACL 52119 was originally equipped with racks for automobile service, however, by the service date of 1955, it was used to move paper and lumber.  It was one of the last box cars decorated in the older, Gothic Style lettering employed between 1951 and 1956.  The lettering was applied at the Waycross, Georgia Shops.  This series was one of many that received Prismo Stripes with reflective glass beads applied in an effort to make them more visible.
