INFORMATION:

This 40' Steel Reefer with Peco Fan is painted box car red with yellow sides and black lettering.  The logos are painted a combination of blue, red and white.  The American Refrigerator Transit Company (ART) was based in St. Louis, Missouri.  A private refrigerator car line that was established in 1881 by the Missouri Pacific and Wabash Railroads.  It is now a subsidiary of the Union Pacific Corporation.
