The black logo is a combination of stylized billboard railroad roman and gothic letters, the Van Camp's Herald is stenciled in red. The car was built by the American Car & Foundry Co, and serviced in July 1928. Union Refrigerator Transit Co. leased to shippers of dairy products and canned goods that needed insulation from wide temperature changes. URTC 23139 received paint for Van Camp's of Indianapolis, Indiana in July 1928.
