This 33' Twin Bay Hopper with Rib Sides is painted black with white lettering, with black, red and white diamond logo.  The dyed coal load, in this case red, was used as a marketing tool as well as freight delivery benefits;  the dye helped keep coal dust down and acted as a lubricant to help the coal flow through the delivery chutes.
