INFORMATION:

This 40' Steel Ice Reefer with Peco Fan is painted light blue with black roof and ends with black lettering.  It displays the red, white and blue "Beef Packers" shield logo.  It was built by General American Transportation Corporation for the Union Refrigerator Transit Company.  When serviced in July 1956, it received this American Beef Packers paint scheme and was leased to the company.  Class RSM refrigerator cars are equipped with bunkers for chunk ice and meat rails.
