This 39' Single Dome Tank Car is painted blue with white and red lettering.  This is a Maintenance of Way (MOW) car only with a 7,865 gallon capacity.  As a Class ICC 103 AW, it is not intended for flammable liquids or phosphoric acid.  It was probably used only in high speed and in non-interchange service.
