It was a Class III railroad operating on 40.7 miles of track. The railroad operated from 1912 until 1996. The Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) granted permission to abandon the small railroad and so the Ashley Drew & Northern made its final run on June 29, 1996. | | | | |
