This 50' Standard Box Car with Single Door is painted black with yellow and red logo and yellow lettering.  There in no build date recorded but the records show a service date of September 1985.  The Seaboard System Railroad Inc., was a short-lived former US Class 1 Railroad that was created after the consolidation of the Family Lines System Railroads on December 29, 1982.  Under the Family Lines era, the railroads shared common ownership but used different names when they were conducting business.  On July 1, 1986 the Seaboard System renamed itself as the CSX Transportation.  A year later it also merged the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad into the CSX Transportation System.
